For the fourth time, Osiguranik, Rezilient, Tim Centar, and Infostud led Serbia’s largest research on employee benefits and wellbeing, titled “What Drives Employees”, aiming to capture key motivators among the workforce.
Data were collected in June and July 2025, and with 759 decision-makers and 3111 employees from companies operating in Serbia, this is the largest research so far. Both samples were aligned with official data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, according to the company size, industry, sector, and employee age, ensuring that the results are fully representative of Serbia across all key indicators.
